In an exclusive interview with us, Vidyut Jammwal spoke about the current "insider vs outsider" debate in Bollywood and said that the industry doesn't need to change, but people in the industry need to be more kind. He also said that if one is not from the industry, it is difficult, but one should not just give up. He was also all praise for Tigmanshu Dhulia and said that every outsider should work with him as he is the one who can groom them properly.
